Buckt - Are the activities accessible to those with physical limitations or disabilities?
Buckt works with hundreds of partners across the country and our aim is to always try and make each set of ticket as accessible as possible.
Unfortunately, due to the size of the business, this is not always possible and we are unable (at this present time) to make the commitment that every month the activities will be suitable for those with certain accessibility requirements.
Many of the partners that we work with do a lot to make their own activities accessible. For example, for ice skating, those in wheelchairs can get on the ice if accompanied by someone who skates with them.
We would always encourage that individuals give it a go and make a personal assessment as to whether the activities that they receive are suited to their own needs. If an individual does sign up but is unable to do the activities due to accessibility issues, we will happily offer a refund and cancel the subscription within the first 14 days of receiving the tickets.
We are hoping to become more accessible in the future.
