Buckt - How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are rolling subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time once you have received your first set of tickets.

To cancel, please email support@buckt.uk and we will provide you with more information on how to terminate your subscription. 

Important things to note:
  1. We are unable to cancel your subscription until you have received your first set of tickets, so we would kindly ask that only reach out once you have received the first set of tickets.
  2. Those that cancel their subscription and sign up again at a later point will receive activities that they have already had. Buckt operates in 'cycles', meaning that if you cancel and sign up again, you will start the cycle of activities again.
    1. If you do wish to sign up again after cancelling, please drop us a message and we will make sure you are put on the right cycle and don't receive repeated activities. 
    2. Please note that discounts/promotions such as those found on Groupon/Wowcher are for new subscribers only. Individuals who sign up, cancel their subscription, and then sign up again with a discount/promotion will receive the same activities that they have already had, and Buckt will be unable to offer any alternatives.
