Subscribers can download the app by following the below steps:
Step 1)
Head to the App Store/ Google Play Store and search for ‘Buckt’. Download the app.
Step 2)
Register on the app. You must use the email address of the ‘lead subscriber’ (the one you used when you registered).
Step 3)
Once registered, you will be added into a 'waiting room' on the app.
Step 4)
Your account will be approved and you will be able to access your tickets.
IMPORTANT: the email address you use to register on the app must match exactly the email address on your subscription. If it does not, your app account will not be approved.
If you register on the app BEFORE your first set of tickets are set to go live, you will remain in the waiting room until they are ready. For example, if you are due to receive September's tickets but register on the app in August, your account will not be approved until September (by the third working day of the month).
If you register on the app AFTER your first set of tickets are set to go live, your account will be approved within two working days. For example, if you are due to receive April's tickets and register on the app on the 10th April, your account will be approved within two working days.
For future sets of tickets, you will not need to register again and will simply access them through the app.
