Buckt - I can't access the app. How do I resolve this?

If you're struggling to access your tickets, please follow the instructions below to attempt to resolve the issue:

1) Please ensure that you are due to receive activities this month. If you signed up this month, you won't receive activities until next month (for example, if you signed up in January, you won't receive your activities until February).

2) Please make sure that you have actually registered an account on the app. You need to register on the app AFTER signing up - this does not happen automatically. The email address also needs to match the email address that you used when you subscribed. You need to do this before being able to access your tickets, and can do this by clicking 'create new account'.

3) Please make sure that the app is fully updated. If your phone doesn't do this automatically or has been unable to do this (for example, if your phone doesn't have enough storage), you will need to go onto the App Store/Google Play Store and update the app. 

4) Once you have done this, log in to the app and 'accept changes' when prompted. You will receive a pop-up which will ask this question.

5) If this still hasn't worked, please uninstall and reinstall the app.

If this doesn't work, please reach out to us on support@buckt.uk with a print screen showing what you can see on the app. In the message, please confirm that you have done all of the steps outlined above.
