Buckt - Why have I received the same activities as a previous month?

Those that cancel their subscription and sign up again at a later point will receive activities that they have already had. Buckt operates in 'cycles', meaning that if subscribers cancel and sign up again, they will start the cycle of activities again (and therefore get activities that they have already had).

We do this for a number of reasons but is mainly as a way of managing the number of attendees for the activity providers we work with and helping them spread out footfall, and also is a mechanism to help our business be as efficient as possible. It is also there to prevent individuals signing up with a discount code/promotion, cancelling, and then signing up again with another discount code/promotion as this goes against our terms and conditions (these promotions are for new subscribers only) and also doesn't make sense from a business perspective (if everyone did that, there wouldn't be a business).

Important:
If you do wish to sign up again after cancelling without a discount code, please drop us a message and we will make sure you are put on the right cycle and don't receive repeated activities. 
Individuals who sign up with a discount/promotion, cancel their subscription, and then sign up again with another discount/promotion will receive the same activities that they have already had, and unfortunately Buckt will be unable to offer any alternatives.
