Buckt - When will I receive my activities?

All of your tickets will be uploaded to the Buckt app by 23:59 on the 3rd working day of each month (please note that working days are Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays). Once your tickets are uploaded, will be able to view and book your activities for that month.

Please note that subscribers receive their tickets in the month that follows when they signed up.


Example:

  • You subscribe on the 18th August.
  • Your first set of activities will be released on the app by the 3rd working day of the following month (September).
  • Your next set of activities will be released by the 3rd working day of the following month (October) and so on.
